When submitting a return request, please indicate the relevant point number (for example: “2”) in your message so that we can process your request accurately.
Returns Are Accepted Only in the Following Cases:
1: The product you received has a manufacturing defect (photo proof required).
2: You received a different size than the one you selected when placing your order (proof required).
3: You received a completely different item than the one you ordered (proof required).

After reviewing your request, and if approved, a refund equal to the value of the product will be issued.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4: Any issues or delays caused by postal or courier services (delivery delays, loss, or damage beyond our responsibility).
5: The product was damaged by the customer or improperly used.
6: The wrong size was selected by the customer when placing the order.
